Kill VMB
Aeco assisted VMB, now Moore Belgium with an internal innovation project. The goal was to come up with disruptive alternatives for the current business model.
About the internal innovation project
The employees of VMB, together with a number of external parties and startups where asked to collaborate on an internal innovation project called: "Kill VMB". The goal was to try and imagine what possible disruption could be the end of the current business model of VMB.
Throughout the day, Aeco participated and provided insights on possible ways to disrupt the business model. At the end of the day, the insights were bundled into a concrete action plan to innovate in the years to come.
The "Kill VMB" project is a great example of how innovation can come from within an organisation
About Moore Belgium
In recent years Moore Belgium has grown into the largest independent accountancy and consulting service provider in Belgium. Through a combination of organic and non-organic growth, group turnover increased by more than 10% per year between 2008 and 2015, rising from €8 million in 2008 to an expected €88 million in 2021. Together with the turnover, the number of employees also increased: today there are 795 employees working under the Moore Belgium flag.
Moore Belgium has 18 local offices across the country and 4 key centres (Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent and Hasselt).
